Every device we sell is fully tested, fully functional, and free from cracks or major damage. The grading system only reflects cosmetic condition — so the difference is in how the device looks, not how it works.

Grade A (Like New):

Almost like new, with very minimal signs of use.
Screen and body are close to flawless.
Best choice if you want a device that looks brand new.

Grade B (Excellent):

Light cosmetic wear such as faint scratches or small marks.
Screen and body show minor use, but nothing significant.
A great balance between condition and value.

Grade C (Good):

Noticeable cosmetic wear including scratches, scuffs, or minor discoloration.
Still completely intact and fully functional.
Ideal for customers who care more about performance than appearance.

Grade D (Fair):

Heavier cosmetic wear with more visible scratches or marks.
No cracks, no major damage — just more signs of daily use.
Perfect for those who want the lowest price and don’t mind a “used look.”
