All our devices come with a standard 12-month warranty.
Covered by warranty (manufacturer-related faults only):
Hardware faults due to normal use (e.g., buttons not responding, charging port not working).
Battery is covered only if health drops below 80% within the warranty period (excluding normal wear and tear).
General functional defects of the display that are not caused by impact, liquid, or accidental damage.
Not covered by warranty:
Accidental damage (drops, water, cracks).
Software issues caused by third-party apps or modifications.
Normal wear and tear such as scratches or scuffs.
How to make a warranty claim:
Contact our support team with your order number.
Provide details of the issue and any supporting photos.
We will arrange inspection, repair, or replacement.
