Warranty Coverage

All our devices come with a standard 6-month warranty. You can also purchase an extended 12-month warranty for extra peace of mind.

Covered by warranty (manufacturer-related faults only):

  • Hardware faults due to normal use (e.g., buttons not responding, charging port not working).

  • Battery issues only if capacity drops abnormally within the warranty period (not regular wear and tear).

  • General functional defects of the display that are not caused by impact, liquid, or accidental damage.

Not covered by warranty:

  • Accidental damage (drops, water, cracks).

  • Software issues caused by third-party apps or modifications.

  • Normal wear and tear such as scratches or scuffs.

How to make a warranty claim:

  • Contact our support team with your order number.

  • Provide details of the issue and any supporting photos.

  • We will arrange inspection, repair, or replacement.
