Once you send our enquiry, we’ll email you a prepaid shipping label.

How to prepare your phone:

Back up your data and perform a factory reset.
Remove SIM cards, memory cards, and personal accessories.
Pack the phone securely in a sturdy box with padding.

Drop it off at your nearest post office using the prepaid label. Once received, we’ll notify you by email and update you on the inspection and payment process.
