How to Request a Return

Follow these steps to submit your return request:

1. Log in to your account and go to Order History.

2. Select the order containing the device you want to return.

3. Click on "Request a Return" and fill out the form with your reason.

4. Once approved, we’ll email you a prepaid return shipping label.

5. Pack the device securely and drop it off at the nearest post office.

If you checked out as a guest, please contact our support team to start your return.
